JOB DESCRIPTION

New products are developed and tested at the Hamburg site. The building currently in use is to be demolished. A new location was therefore sought in Hamburg, where the company’s own academy could be located in addition to offices and laboratories.

PLANNING PROCESS

A building planned as an office building and currently under construction has already been rented. The special use areas on the first floor to the 2nd floor are currently being planned and prepared and will be developed by CP Bauteam.

REALIZATION PROCESS

In addition to the investment costs, particular emphasis is placed on design quality, functionality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability. The new building is to be certified according to LEED with the aim of achieving “Gold”.
