CLIENT

The client develops state-of-the-art vaccines with a high level of expertise in Toll-like receptor (TLR) biology at the Düsseldorf site.

TASK

The client is a tenant of various office and hall spaces in Düsseldorf-Garath and is planning to implement several construction measures, including a fire protection refurbishment for the space it rents in Düsseldorf. CP Bauteam has already completed the first construction phase (Hall B4) in 2021 – 2022. Now the 2nd BA follows.

PLANNING PROCESS

CP Bauteam was already commissioned in service phases 1-4 according to HOAI as part of a general planning contract and will now take over the structural realization in the Bauteam model.

REALIZATION PROCESS

The project includes conversion and renovation work to meet the new requirements of laboratory and production operations. These mainly affect the rooms on the first floor of building B 1 as well as a sampling area in B 2. As the construction project is subject to a building permit procedure, a demolition permit was obtained in advance and, in order to gain time, a separate partial service contract for construction site facilities and demolition work in the building was commissioned in advance by the client.
