Sponsorship at the IPA-Center

CP Bauteam GmbH has been the sponsor of the IPA Center since September 2022. The sponsors are all organizations that contribute to the realization of construction projects as project participants in the construction value chain (client organizations, planning companies, construction companies, project managers, consultants, suppliers, etc.).

The aim of the IPA Center is to create an open network platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience to promote the application of integrated project execution (IPA) models in the construction industry.

The Competence Centre for Integrated Project Management (IPA) is the central platform for enabling project participants in the construction industry to successfully implement complex construction projects using IPA models and thus makes a significant contribution to creating and maintaining the construction infrastructure in all areas of society in a needs-based and resource-saving manner.

In the future, Dr. David Klein | CP Bauteam GmbH will participate in a specialist group in order to actively contribute knowledge and experience from the Bauteam model to the IPA Center.
