CP Bauteam GmbH builds the extension for BOLDER Arzneimittel in Cologne
Our client BOLDER Arzneimittel is the market leader in the development and made-to-order production of pharmaceutical pastilles. At the location in Cologne, well over one billion pastilles are produced annually for national and international clients in the highest quality according to the regulations of pharmaceutical production (GMP).
The client can look back on almost 100 years of experience in the development and production of its pastilles. The high quality and the associated success prove the company right.
In order to further strengthen the positive development as well as to create additional production capacities, the current production building in Rheinische Allee will be expanded comprehensively in the next two years.
We are pleased to be involved in this project in our Bauteam-Model from the beginning and to make our contribution to it. In April 2021, we got started with the 1st construction phase and some conversion measures at the location in Cologne.
According to the plans of Carpus+Partner AG, new production and storage capacities will be created on around 4,300 m² GFA
