Our current project in Hamburg

Since January 2023, new laboratory, office and academy space as well as a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining staff restaurant have been under construction on an area of 5,500 m², spread over 3 floors, in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Hamburg.

CP Bauteam is responsible for the spatial fit-out and the overall technical supply of the areas to be developed. This is being carried out using the design & build model and in close coordination with all project participants.

All walls have been erected on one side and screed laying is in full swing. Central equipment was delivered and mounted on the prepared steel structure using a mobile construction crane. Due to the size of the crane and the number of devices, a complete closure of the road had to be planned, as well as a just-in-time release.
